What services are included in the average cost for surrogacy?

Typically, surrogacy costs cover four main areas: medical care (40%), surrogate compensation (35%), legal support (20%), and other expenses (5%).
Lawyer Advicement (20%)
This covers the fees for experienced surrogacy lawyers who provide advice on legal aspects of the agreement and parental rights, ensuring a legally sound process.
Medical Expenses (40%)
The largest portion of the program cost covers medical expenses for the surrogacy process: fertility treatments, prenatal care, testing, labor and delivery, and any necessary medical interventions.
Surrogate Compensation (35%)
This portion covers the financial compensation provided to the surrogate mother for her time, effort, and physical demands of carrying and delivering a baby for the intended parents.
Other Costs (5%)
This category covers various miscellaneous expenses throughout the surrogacy journey, including administrative fees, travel, insurance, and other costs not falling under compensation, medical, or legal categories.
